What is DTF White Choke and Why Does It Matter?

In Direct-to-Film printing, the printer heads lay down the colored CMYK image first onto the PET release film, followed immediately by a second pass of opaque white ink directly over top of the color layer. After printing, hot melt adhesive powder (polyurethane) is applied and cured in an oven or heat tunnel.
