Air Knife Galvanizing & Coating Rules:
- Edge Baffle Masking DXF: High-speed stripping generates vortex wrap-around at strip edges (edge-overcoating); dynamic side baffles must track strip edge within ±2 mm.
- Nozzle Angle & Skew: An inclination tilt angle (-2° to +4°) prevents molten zinc splash back into the air knife slot.
- ASTM A653 / EN 10346 Designation: G60 (180 g/m²), G90 (275 g/m²), or Z275 specifications dictate target mass within ±5%.
