When you purchase vector conversion services on SpotItLive Vector Studio, we collect necessary information to fulfill your order: your email address, payment confirmation (processed securely via Stripe), and the image files you submit for vector conversion.
Your information is used solely to process your vector conversions, deliver the resulting files (SVG, EPS, PDF, DXF) to your email address, and provide customer support.
Uploaded images and converted vector files are processed through secure, automated pipelines. We do not claim ownership of your artwork, nor do we sell or share your artwork with unauthorized third parties.
Payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses) is handled entirely by Stripe. SpotItLive does not store or have direct access to your payment card details.
