1. EIA-481 Pocket Clearances: Cavity dimensions are calculated via $A_0 = L_{\text{max}} + 0.10 - 0.20\text{ mm}$, $B_0 = W_{\text{max}} + 0.10 - 0.20\text{ mm}$, and $K_0 = H_{\text{max}} + 0.15 - 0.30\text{ mm}$.
2. Component Tilt & Rotation Rules: Maximum rotation angle in pocket must remain $\theta \le 10^\circ$ to prevent automated pick-and-place optical centering failures.
