1. Services Provided

SpotItLive Vector Studio provides automated image vectorization and tracing services, converting customer-submitted raster graphics into scalable vector formats (SVG, EPS, PDF, DXF).

2. User Content and Resale Rights

You confirm that you have the lawful right or permission to submit images for conversion. You retain full ownership and commercial rights to use, modify, and sell the resulting vector outputs for merchandise, print-on-demand, laser cutting, CNC, or client projects.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not submit materials that are unlawful, defamatory, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Satisfaction & Refunds

We take pride in our conversion quality. If an automated vector conversion fails to meet reasonable standards for your image type, you may request parameter adjustments or a full refund by contacting agent@spotitlive.com.
