- Graphic Overlay (0.15mm - 0.20mm Polyester / Polycarbonate): Sub-surface printed on the reverse side. Contains high-contrast icons, clear display windows, and translucent LED indicator windows.
- Top Adhesive (3M 467MP / 200MP): Die-cut with cutouts matching the embossed switch areas to prevent dampening button tactile feedback.
- Circuit Spacer Film (0.125mm - 0.25mm PET): Punched or laser-cut with dome cavity clearance holes (+0.60mm larger than the metal dome) and interconnected air venting channels.
- Conductive Silver Circuit Layer: Printed with polymer thick film (PTF) silver ink forming interlocking interdigitated contact fingers.
- Rear Mounting Adhesive (3M 468MP): Heavy 0.13mm adhesive providing IP65/NEMA 4X bond to the equipment housing.

For low-to-medium volume production (1 to 2,000 units), CO2 and UV laser cutting delivers zero tooling cost and 0.05mm positional accuracy for spacer layers and adhesive liners. Ensure laser cut parameters do not create adhesive carbon residue or bead buildup along the dome pocket edge.
