• Vent channels MUST connect all switch cavities together and vent either internally to the flex tail or through an environmental GORE filter.
• Never allow adhesive to encroach within 0.3mm of the metal dome foot pads.
• Graphic overlay perimeter should be undersized by 0.25mm relative to the bezel pocket to prevent edge peeling.

Precise vector die alignment is mandatory. If the spacer cavity hole is undersized, the tactile dome wings will bind against the PET edge, ruining switch snap feel. If the vent channel is missing, the trapped air bubble creates pneumatic resistance and false actuation.
