2. Key Rules for Sandblast Stencil Vector Preparation
A. Bridge Tabs and Island Preservation
Enclosed letters (such as O, P, B, R, A, D) have interior "counter" islands. If cut as separate pieces, weeding and positioning them on stone is time-consuming and prone to misalignment. Using stencil fonts with integrated bridge tabs ensures the entire mask holds together during transfer.
B. Tangent Continuity for Friction-Free Plotter Blade Travel
