High-volume Roll-to-Roll (R2R) printing using micro-flexography and rotogravure enables low-cost manufacturing of flexible hybrid electronics (FHE), UHF RFID tags, wearable biosensors, and smart packaging. Liquid functional inks (silver nanoparticles, conductive PEDOT:PSS polymers, carbon nanotubes) are transferred continuously onto moving polymer webs (PET, PEN, Polyimide).
